Attentive and best people.

Everything there were awesome, including clean facilities. Comfy beds, updated rooms and spacious bath. Easy location, restaurants and eateries minutes drive from the hotel.

Fab variety at breakfast.

It has perfect and comfortable location to shopping malls.

Location just off Ithaca, Robert Treeman park, easy, quick dining options. Pleasant and efficient staff throughout. Family room with comfortable beds and microwave, for instance...

Easy and favourable location right across the cemetery, met my requirements. What's more, it was not far from a great hike and restaurants and Ithaca.

It's located a little outside the bustle of Ithaca traffic. Large room.

Breakfast was alright....they had a fridge and microwave which was great.

Rooms smelled of chemicals, the shower head was weak, there were flies EVERYWHERE, the towels weren't quite white, the bathroom was a little moldy.

Pretty run-down, somewhat shabby Inn. Only recommend it if you're on a very tight budget.

The staff exhibited a commendable level of professionalism and warmth throughout our visit. The breakfast offered a good variety that is hard to find, and the rooms maintained super clean cleanliness which greatly enhanced our experience.

The lack of adequate seating in the room made it less comfortable for watching TV.

Comfortable and great location. Hotel clerk was very friendly and gave me a free room upgrade from doubles to queens which was great! Love that the rooms have a fridge and microwave as well. I have stayed here several times and plan to again in the future.

My children wanted more activities for their age group. The hotel could really enhance the stay for families by adding some fun game rooms or entertainment options.

The efficiency of the check-in, the low cost, and the manager who accommodated me with no trouble (see below). My second room was fine - small and simple, but clean and everything worked.

The room I was first assigned was musty and moldy smelling (I didn't see mold, nor did I spend much time looking for it, but it smelled terrible). Also, the breakfast was pretty thin. There was some protein (an sort of omelette with cheese), but there was really very little food, and the orange juice machine was out of juice my second morning there.

This place suits me perfectly, offering free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and air conditioning. Staff once helped me return my SIM cards, which I appreciated. Highly recommend for comfort. I'll be coming back for a city break!

The location was perfect for accessing local attractions, and it felt safe. My room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was super comfortable, easy to relax after a day of exploring. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially during check-in. Breakfast options exceeded my expectations, offering real eggs and sausage. I noticed the sink being located outside the shower area, a bit inconvenient at times. The air conditioning could use some improvement. It got a little too warm during the night, and I had to manually adjust it. The hallway door near my room slammed frequently at night.
